RESTORATION HEALTHCARE
These terms apply only to Restoration Healthcare's SMS messaging program.
By opting into the Restoration Healthcare SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages at the phone number you provided. Messages may include updates, notifications, and alerts. Participation is subject to these terms and applicable Telephone Consumer Protection Act requirements and messaging industry guidelines.
Your participation requires explicit one-to-one consent. Your consent applies to Restoration Healthcare only and is not shared with another company or third party without your direct approval.
You may enroll through a web form by checking a clearly labeled SMS consent box. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies, but will not exceed two messages per day unless there is a notification event. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive no further messages unless you choose to opt in again.
