THE BIGGER PICTURE

Your symptoms don’t live in separate boxes.

360°ONE CONNECTED VIEW

Functional health asks a better question: what is shaping the way you feel?

We take time with your story, timeline, habits, health history, medications, goals, and clinically appropriate testing. Then we connect the signals and decide what deserves attention first.

YOUR WHOLE-LIFE CONTROL PANEL

Where do you feel off?

Choose a signal. See how it can connect with the rest of your health and what might be worth exploring with a provider.

FOLLOW THE SIGNAL

Your energy is data.

Persistent fatigue can have more than one contributor. We look at sleep, nutrition, stress, hormones, recovery, medications, and metabolic patterns together.

THE RESTORATION METHOD

A plan built around a person.

We start by learning what your life actually looks like, then turn the full picture into a clear, evolving direction.

  1. 01
    Listen deeply

Map the timeline, changes, setbacks, treatments, routines, and goals that brought you here.

  2. 02
    Investigate intelligently

Use examination, records, and provider-directed labs or testing where they can change the plan.

  3. 03
    Prioritize together

Choose the few moves most likely to matter now, based on your health, preferences, and budget.

  4. 04
    Measure. Learn. Adapt.

Track what changes, revisit what does not, and keep the plan responsive to the person living it.

THE POSSIBILITY LAB

One clinic.
Many levers.

This is not a menu to self-prescribe from. It is a way to understand the range of conversations available at RHC and how different options may fit different patterns.

A detailed timeline, medication and supplement review, lifestyle picture, and provider-directed testing help reveal useful patterns and define priorities.

BIOHACKING, WITH A MEDICAL COMPASS

Optimize what matters.
Skip the hype.

For us, biohacking is not chasing every trend. It is using better information, clinically appropriate tools, and repeatable habits to help you feel and function better over time.

GOOD QUESTIONS WELCOME

Start curious.
Leave clear.

Is functional health the same as primary care?+

No. Functional health can complement primary care, but it does not replace routine, urgent, or emergency medical care. The focus here is a deeper whole-person evaluation and an individualized plan around specific health and wellness goals.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?+

Not at all. Start with what you feel and what you want to change. Your provider can explain which options are reasonable to discuss and which are not a fit.

Will everyone need labs or advanced therapies?+

No. Testing and treatment intensity depend on your history, examination, existing records, goals, and clinical need. Sometimes the most useful next step is a focused foundational change.

What does “root cause” mean here?+

It means looking for contributing patterns while still addressing symptoms and protecting your safety. Complex concerns may have several contributors, and not every cause can be fully identified or removed.
