ABOUT THE ROLE
Restoration Healthcare goes beyond symptom treatment. Our team brings primary care, functional medicine, and regenerative care together to help patients pursue meaningful, lasting improvements in their health.
We are seeking an experienced NP, PA, MD, or DO to serve patients in the greater Coeur d'Alene area. With approximately 15 patients per day, this role offers the time and clinical range to provide attentive, concierge-level care with less stress.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, MD, or DO authorized to practice in Idaho
- Established primary care experience, strong diagnostic skills, and comfort managing routine and complex conditions
- Clear communication, effective patient education, and strong therapeutic relationship skills
- Commitment to individualized treatment and whole-person evaluation
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary and innovative care environment
- Proficiency in CMS annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and related documentation
- Chronic care management experience, including longitudinal follow-up and care coordination
